Keith Thompson (CEO)
For the past nine years Keith has worked in HR Administration and Recruitment
industry operations. He has a wealth of knowledge around payroll and
payroll outsourcing, statutory requirements such as superannuation, PAYG,
payroll tax and workers compensation management. Keith’s ability
to foresee the “back-office” requirements of companies means
that he is the person to talk to regarding HR administration advice and
outsourcing requirements.
Keith’s major goal when working with clients on outsourcing proposals
is to use the available technology to streamline administrative tasks
while still keeping a very personal service. Keith is currently completing
a Database Administrator’s course which will enable yellow magnet
to extend these goals, in harmony with their clients, to a new level.
Keith’s workforce experience prior to working in this industry
involved a range of “hands-on” positions, so he is not afraid
to get in and get his hands dirty when working to meet the widest range
of client requirements.
Julie Platt (National Account Manager)
Julie has eight years experience in recruitment and consulting, having
worked as a consultant, branch manager, and national account implementation
and development manager within major accounts.
With diverse experience in the all commercial sectors, Julie excels
in managing large outsourced flexible workforce solutions. Julie’s
thorough, hardworking and responsible nature has proven to be ideal for
major account implementation. Feedback from clients when referring to
Julie has always highlighted her dependability and follow through on
her commitments.
Julie’s current role in yellow magnet ensures compliance and process
across all major accounts. Julie is responsible for all internal and
external reporting as well as project leading all Labourhire agreements.
